Ex-Chiropractor Fined $100,000 For Posting “Anti-Vaccine” Information on Social Media

- The Facts: A former chiropractor has been fined $100,000 for posting information about vaccines to her social media pages.
- Reflect On: How can someone be fined for questioning vaccine safety when a plethora of science already does so? Why does the mainstream use terms like “anti-vax” instead of addressing the actual points made by vaccine safety advocated? Why do they use ridicule?
“Anti-vaccine” is a term used by the medical establishment and mainstream media to point a finger at and ridicule those who question the safety of vaccines. Any information that’s shared on social media today that simply questions the safety of vaccines and even uses credible sources, like peer-reviewed research and testimony from scientists and doctors, is almost instantaneously censored. This is disturbing, as it doesn’t allow for the free exploration of information that makes a big impact on public health.
The truth is, if vaccines were completely safe, then the National Childhood Vaccine Injury Act (NCVIA) would not have already paid approximately $4 billion to families of vaccine injured children. And that $4 billion statistic comes from a database that records an estimated 1 percent of vaccine injured children, because only 1 percent of vaccine injuries are archived and reported. (source)

There are countless examples that clearly justify the questioning of vaccine safety, as this is legitimate and scientific. One of the best examples I like to use to make this point clear is aluminum.
A study published in 2011 makes the issue quite clear:
Aluminum is an experimentally demonstrated neurotoxin and the most commonly used vaccine adjuvant. Despite almost 90 years of widespread use of aluminum adjuvants, medical science’s understanding about their mechanisms of action is still remarkably poor. There is also a concerning scarcity of data on toxicology and pharmacokinetics of these compounds. In spite of this, the notion that aluminum in vaccines is safe appears to be widely accepted. Experimental research, however, clearly shows that aluminum adjuvants have a potential to induce serious immunological disorders in humans. (source)
The key takeaway here is “medical science’s understanding about their mechanisms of action is still remarkably poor.”
After this study, more research came out to help us better understand what happens when aluminum is injected into the body. It has been found that injected aluminum does not exit the body; in fact, it stays in the body and travels to various organs like the brain, where it remains long-term. This isn’t surprising since it’s the adjuvant, it’s designed to stay there or else the vaccine doesn’t work.
As the groundbreaking study in 2015 emphasized:
Evidence that aluminum-coated particles phagocytozed in the injected muscle and its draining lymph notes can disseminate within phagocytes throughout the body and slowly accumulate in the brain further suggests that alum safety should be evaluated in the long term.
Furthermore, in 2018, a paper published in the Journal of Inorganic Biochemistry found that almost 100 percent of the intramuscularly injected aluminum in mice as vaccine adjuvants was absorbed into the systemic circulation and traveled to different sites in the body such as the brain, the joints, and the spleen, where it accumulated and was retained for years post-vaccination. The point is, when you inject aluminum, it doesn’t exit the body, it stays there. Multiple scientists, like Dr. Chris Exley, a Professor in Bioinorganic Chemistry and the world’s leading expert in aluminum toxicology, want to study this. He was recently denied by scientific authorities the funding to study aluminum in vaccines. His GoFundMe campaign was also taken down. You can read more about that story in detail here.
So censorship is happening on all fronts. Again, this is just one of many examples. Another one would be the fact that The National Order of Biologists made a €10,000 donation to a group that questions the safety of vaccines. The Infanrix Hexa vaccine was the first one tested, and results showed no trace of antigens and a high level of contamination.
There are dozens upon dozens of examples.
Former Chiropractor Fined $100k
The latest example comes from a former Halifax-based chiropractor, who has been ordered to pay her regulator $100,000 as part of a settlement agreement on charges of professional misconduct related to her sharing “anti-vaccination” views online.
An article written about the case from CBC News ridicules her, stating that she has no expertise in the subject and may be causing harm by posting about it. The truth is, doctors don’t have expertise in this subject either, all they understand is how vaccines work, and unless they self-educate, they seem to be clueless about vaccine safety.
CBC news explains:
In a decision released publicly Thursday, a hearing committee of the Nova Scotia College of Chiropractors took into consideration Dena Churchill’s “dire financial circumstances” and gave her 10 years to pay the money. But it also said if she has not paid at least $30,000 by Jan. 2, 2022, the full amount becomes due immediately.
“Dr. Churchill’s conduct brought the profession of chiropractic into disrepute,” the hearing committee writes in its decision.
“Dr. Churchill has shown no remorse. There is genuine concern that she is ungovernable.”
The college launched an investigation a year ago after its registrar filed a complaint regarding Churchill’s extensive posts on social media about topics outside her scope of practice, most notably posts about vaccines that made disproved claims.
The guideline from the national chiropractic association, which is observed by the Nova Scotia college, is for chiropractors not to discuss vaccines in any capacity.
In my opinion, this is a ridiculous guideline. Anybody should be able to openly and freely discuss vaccines and share information as well as their opinion. Today, we now have a ‘Ministry of Truth’ that is silencing information, as well as what seems to be a global campaign in favor of forced vaccination of the entire population. Thankfully, we’re not quite there yet.
It’s unfortunate that she received this fine, but her posts are like millions of others who are sharing the same information.
In the post above, she is simply advocating that it’s wrong to forcefully vaccinate people, especially when there are no safety studies. She is correct, despite the fact that the mainstream claims that vaccines go through rigorous safety testing, there is no evidence of this. Let’s not forget that there are no double blind placebo safety studies that exist for vaccines.
Furthermore, the bioaccumulation of vaccine ingredients, like aluminum mentioned above, has not been studied by our federal health regulatory agencies, despite the call for it by a number of scientists.
If we look at the measles vaccine, for example, let’s not forget that hundreds of children have died from the measles vaccine. According to a MedAlerts search of the FDA Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) database as of 2/5/19, the cumulative raw count of adverse events from measles, mumps, and rubella vaccines alone was: 93,929 adverse events, 1,810 disabilities, 6,902 hospitalizations, and 463 deaths. What is even more disturbing about these numbers is that VAERS is a voluntary and passive reporting system that has been found to only capture 1% of adverse events.
This all comes after the fact that the odds of dying from measles is extremely low compared to the risks associated with the vaccine, and there is evidence that vaccinated individuals are actually spreading the disease. Again, I am just using this example as one of many to show why forced vaccinations should not be an option, and that freedom of choice should always exist.

The Takeaway
Health professionals who are concerned about vaccine safety are prevented from talking about the concerns and issues they feel exist with vaccines. What type of world might this lead to? The day we stop questioning and muzzle those who do question this issue is the day we have strayed very far from science and into scientific dogma.
In the age of mass censorship of information and perception manipulation, we must continue to share information and opinions freely and openly. We must not allow forced measures with weak justification, like the vaccination of all individuals. This would take away our freedom of choice and our right to decide for ourselves.
We can prevent this by continually sharing information and speaking up. The truth is out there. Think for yourself instead of allowing ‘Big Brother’ to do it for you.
