5G/EMF/RF Propaganda and People: Cognitive Warfare Hits Home
Remember back in February of 2003, when the Bush administration warned Americans that there was a high risk of chemical attack by Al Qaeda? And advised Americans to buy plastic sheeting and duct tape? And the store shelves were emptied at large retailers like Home Depot?
“A Lowe’s hardware store in Alexandria, Virginia, said every roll of duct tape has been sold. Another Alexandria Home Depot store reported sales of duct tape tripled overnight.
“Everything that was on that newscast, we are selling a lot of it,” said Rich Pierce with a Home Depot in the D.C. area.
In his advisory, Paulison recommended that households have on hand three days worth of water and food; an emergency supply kit for both home and automobile; radios with extra batteries; and plastic sheeting and duct tape to seal windows and doors.
With concerns growing about al Qaeda’s interest in acquiring weapons of mass destruction, Paulison cautioned that aid after an attack could be hard to come by, at least initially.
He said that in the first 48 to 72 hours of an emergency, many Americans will likely to have to look after themselves.(Red Cross on preparedness)
If an attack occurs, Paulison said, households should tune in to local media outlets and not evacuate unless they are told to do so.” – CNN

Fascinating.
Fast forward to 2021…..Covid for Cognitive Warfare
The Ottawa Citizen reported this September that the Canadian military’s Joint Operations Command took advantage of the Covid-19 pandemic to wage an information war against its own domestic population, testing out propaganda tactics on Canadian civilians.’
“Canadian military leaders saw the pandemic as a unique opportunity to test out propaganda techniques on an unsuspecting public, a newly released Canadian Forces report concludes.
The federal government never asked for the so-called information operations campaign, nor did cabinet authorize the initiative developed during the COVID-19 pandemic by the Canadian Joint Operations Command, then headed by Lt.-Gen. Mike Rouleau.
A copy of the Dec. 2, 2020, Gosselin investigation, as well as other related documents, was obtained by this newspaper using the Access to Information law.
The plan devised by the Canadian Joint Operations Command, also known as CJOC, relied on propaganda techniques similar to those employed during the Afghanistan war. The campaign called for “shaping” and “exploiting” information. CJOC claimed the information operations scheme was needed to head off civil disobedience by Canadians during the coronavirus pandemic and to bolster government messages about the pandemic.
A separate initiative, not linked to the CJOC plan, but overseen by Canadian Forces intelligence officers, culled information from public social media accounts in Ontario. Data was also compiled on peaceful Black Lives Matter gatherings and BLM leaders. Senior military officers claimed that information was needed to ensure the success of Operation Laser, the Canadian Forces mission to help out in long-term care homes hit by COVID-19 and to aid in the distribution of vaccines in some northern communities.
Gosselin’s investigation discovered the plan wasn’t simply the idea of “passionate” military propaganda specialists, but support for the use of such information operations was “clearly a mindset that permeated the thinking at many levels of CJOC.” Those in the command saw the pandemic as a “unique opportunity” to test out such techniques on Canadians.
There is an ongoing debate inside national defence headquarters in Ottawa about the use of information operations techniques. Some public affairs officers, intelligence specialists and senior planners want to expand the scope of such methods in Canada to allow them to better control and shape government information that the public receives. Others inside headquarters worry that such operations could lead to abuses, including having military staff intentionally mislead the Canadian public or taking measures to target opposition MPs or those who criticize government or military policy.
The Canadian Forces had to launch an investigation after a September 2020 incident when military information operations staff forged a letter from the Nova Scotia government warning about wolves on the loose in a particular region of the province. The letter was inadvertently distributed to residents, prompting panicked calls to Nova Scotia officials who were unaware the military was behind the deception. The investigation determined the reservists conducting the operation lacked formal training and policies governing the use of propaganda techniques were not well understood by the soldiers.”
As reported by the Gray Zone’s Ben Norton, published by Activist Post, “Western governments in the NATO military alliance are developing tactics of “cognitive warfare,” using the supposed threats of China and Russia to justify waging a “battle for your brain” in the “human domain,” to “make everyone a weapon.””
Patrick Wood of Technocracy writes, “Now “Mastering The Human Domain” is the final frontier of warfare: “Its objective is to sow dissonance, instigate conflicting narratives, polarize opinion, and radicalize groups” in order to disrupt or fragment entire societies.
Cognitive Warfare is defined as “art of using technologies to alter the cognition of human targets”. What technologies? The same ones that are driving Transhumanism on a global scale, namely, NBIC – nanotechnology, biotechnology, information technology and cognitive science.” – Patrick Wood
Ben Norton wrote, “Now, NATO is spinning out an entirely new kind of combat it has branded cognitive warfare. Described as the “weaponization of brain sciences,” the new method involves “hacking the individual” by exploiting “the vulnerabilities of the human brain” in order to implement more sophisticated “social engineering.”
Until recently, NATO had divided war into five different operational domains: air, land, sea, space, and cyber. But with its development of cognitive warfare strategies, the military alliance is discussing a new, sixth level: the “human domain.”
A 2020 NATO-sponsored study of this new form of warfare clearly explained, “While actions taken in the five domains are executed in order to have an effect on the human domain, cognitive warfare’s objective is to make everyone a weapon.”
“The brain will be the battlefield of the 21st century,” the report stressed. “Humans are the contested domain,” and “future conflicts will likely occur amongst the people digitally first and physically thereafter in proximity to hubs of political and economic power.”
While the NATO-backed study insisted that much of its research on cognitive warfare is designed for defensive purposes, it also conceded that the military alliance is developing offensive tactics, stating, “The human is very often the main vulnerability and it should be acknowledged in order to protect NATO’s human capital but also to be able to benefit from our adversaries’s vulnerabilities.”
In a chilling disclosure, the report said explicitly that “the objective of Cognitive Warfare is to harm societies and not only the military.” – Ben Norton
Remember Those Violent Anti-5G Activists?
Do we want to believe that it was only Canada where covid was used as an opportunity to practice propaganda? Was it only peaceful protests of Black Lives Matter groups that were surveilled? What about the terrifying warnings last year, when the public was so dependent on telecommunications during covid: “Upcoming 5G Protest In The US Could Lead To Attacks On Mobile Towers, NATE Warns.”
“According to a warning message from the Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association, there might be a 5G global protest this Saturday. That, the organization claims to have heard from a very reliable source.
Furthermore, NATE (The Communications Infrastructure Contractors Association) added that the protest could lead to attacks on mobile towers across different cities in the US. Here’s a brief of the warning by NATE: “NATE as an organization has heard through official channels that there are 5G Global Protest Day activities being planned throughout the country this Saturday,”
“NATE reminds our member companies and their employees to remain safe, exercise vigilance and report any unusual or suspicious activities that they witness when traveling to and working at tower sites this weekend.”
According to Light Reading, NATE CEO Todd Schlekeway said he heard about the 5G protest day from undisclosed tower companies. Apart from that, he also claimed to have heard about it from reliable sources on social media platforms. He further added that the association decided to issue a warning message to its members prior to Saturday’s protest.
This warning came a few days after the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) warned the US telecom industry on ways to prevent attacks on 5G towers.
“Violent extremists have drawn from misinformation campaigns online claiming wireless infrastructure is deleterious to human health and helps spread COVID-19. That resulted in a global effort by like-minded individuals to share operational guidance and justification for conducting attacks against 5G infrastructure. Some of which have already prompted arson and physical attacks against cell towers in several US states.” – Inside Towers
Fascinating.
God forbid, what if the 11,000 pages of testimony that the US Court viewed, when it ruled against the FCC, is more accurate that government/military/ industry/media promotion of 5G?
(No cell towers or antennas were threatened or harmed in the production of this photograph of Solstice Global Day of Action Against 5G)
The next Global 5G Protest for Freedom is scheduled for December 18 and 19, 2021. Everyone is invited.
