Narratives and News of 5G Fires Reportedly Fueled by Covid Health Fears: Name Names or Stop the Insinuations

National and international news outlets have been reporting that celltower fires in Europe and elsewhere have been started by conspiracy theorists linking the new 5G telecommunications network to the covid pandemic.

Receiving far less attention nationally and internationally are reports like this, from the Netherlands: Anti 5G organization distances itself from arson attacks – Telecompaper, 15th April 2020 (auto-translation)
The Dutch anti-5g organization ‘Stop 5GNL’ has openly distanced itself from the arson attacks on various mobile antennas in the Netherlands, the AD reports. In a statement, the organization states only to protest peacefully. “Stop 5GNL works completely according to the rules of democracy and the rule of law of the Netherlands and wants to get justice by legal means. An interim action has been started legally because there are too many serious indications of damage to health during a roll-out of 5G”, says Stop5GNL in its statement. The series of incidents started on Friday, April 3, 2020 in Beesd, where a radio tower was destroyed around 23:00. Since then, up to and including Monday, April 13, a total of thirteen fires have been started. According to the police, the procedure is the same for all incidents: a liquid is sprinkled and then ignited.
Instead, news reporting continues to link 5G opposition to arson and conspiracy, while dismissing the idea that there are any legitimate health concerns, or any other concerns, regarding 5G.
Maybe sort of like blaming the late marine conservationist Jacques-Yves Cousteau for blowing up the Deepwater Horizon oil rig?

While the majority of the general public might be immune to the absurdity of conspiracy theories linking 5G to COVID-19, there are enough believers to burn down infrastructure. This is a claim which has been bouncing around the industry for years prior to the 5G technology even being validated in lab trials. It dates back to the 90s, when mobile phone usage was incredibly limited, with critics claiming the 2G airwaves could in fact cause cancer. Although the vast majority of the world now dismisses these rumours, the emergence of 5G seems to have encouraged the rebirth of these health claims. Finding an original source is very difficult, but there are plenty of posts which appear on social media which seem to fan the flames of these fanatics. However, numerous public health authorities such as the World Health Organisation (WHO) and the International Commission on Non-Ionizing Radiation Protection (ICNIRP), the Germany-based scientific body in charge of setting limits on exposure to radiation, have both stated on numerous occasions the airwaves used by mobile communications is not harmful to health.
So, Telcoms.com states that “This is a claim which has been bouncing around the industry for years prior to the 5G technology even being validated in lab trials,” implying that there have been some sort of lab trials regarding 5G and that 5G safety has been validated in some way? Don’t show me the money, show me a study. And conveniently omitting the fact that in May of 2011, the WHO/International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has classified radiofrequency electromagnetic fields as possibly carcinogenic to humans (Group 2B), based on an increased risk for glioma, a malignant type of brain cancer associated with wireless phone use.

In fact, there has been so much news focused on the covid “fake news” that a new page has been generated by Wikipedia to address Covid misinformation, with its own section devoted to 5G: Misinformation related to the COVID-19 pandemic.

5G towers have been burned by people wrongly blaming them for COVID-19.
Openreach engineers appealed on anti-5G Facebook groups, saying they aren’t involved in mobile networks, and workplace abuse is making it difficult for them to maintain phonelines and broadband.
Professor Steve Powis, national medical director of NHS England, described theories linking 5G mobile phone networks to COVID-19 as the “worst kind of fake news”.[261] Viruses cannot be transmitted by radio waves. COVID-19 has spread and continues to spread in many countries that do not have 5G networks.[251]
News media and outlets including Wikipedia have implied that 5G opposition is being fueled by both Russian and Chinese misinformation campaigns.
Charles Stuart Displayed the Horrific Power of False Accusations that Gain Power by Manipulating Unconscious Beliefs
In television who-done-it dramas, generally, someone has to be actually arrested and charged before motive is assigned and the judge and jury are involved. In fact, the industry and its media advertising customers and partners have acted as judge, jury, and executioner, seasoned with a healthy dose of ridicule.
Back in 1989, a horrific scenario unfolded in Boston.
Charles Stuart and his pregnant wife Carol left a maternity class at Brigham and Women’s Hospital in Boston on Oct. 23, 1989. As they drove home, Charles drove to Mission Hills, a predominantly African-American neighborhood, and shot Carol in the head.
Charles then shot himself in the abdomen and called 911, saying that he and his wife had been shot. A film crew for CBS’ “Rescue 911,” which had been shooting at the Boston Emergency Medical Services, captured the entire event on camera.
As Charles was strapped onto a gurney and taken inside an ambulance, he gave police details of the alleged crime. A policeman asks him, “Who did it? Was he a white guy?” Charles responds, “He was a black man.” (Source)
Boston Police searched for suspects based on Stuart’s description of the assailant. The Washington Post described the situation: “The city’s anger seems inexhaustible. That may be because it is impossible not to feel sullied by the Stuart case. Either one was duped by a fabrication with racist overtones, or one was impotent as police focused their investigation on a succession of innocent black men.” Police found a young man, Willie Bennett, who fit Stuart’s description. On December 28, Stuart identified Bennett as his attacker in a lineup. – Wikipedia
In television crime dramas, once a suspect is arrested, the phone is confiscated, the bank account is investigated, known associates are identified, and various scenarios are explored. For example, is the suspect a disgruntled employee? Is the suspect a paid mercenary?

No information has been provided as to the identities of those committing arson.
No information has been provided as to how long any suspects have been involved in any form of EMF/RF activism.
No activists, to my knowledge, have been quoted claiming that covid is being delivered on 5G wavelengths, as has been portrayed in the ridiculing media.
What is not being covered by the majority of the press is news like this:

Some 400 doctors and 900 health care workers have signed an open letter to the government, urging them to exercise caution regarding the roll-out by Proximus of a forerunner of the next generation of mobile data, known as 5G.
The six-page letter goes out under the name of the Hippocrates Electrosmog Appeal.

Now along comes 5G – or for the time being at least, a sort of 4G+ – which promises to be many times more powerful.
“However, the safety of this exposure has never been demonstrated,” the authors say. “On the contrary, evidence of its harmfulness is accumulating. Since 2011, moreover, electromagnetic radiation from wireless technologies has been considered by the WHO as possibly carcinogenic, largely because of the increased risks of gliomas and acoustic neuromas in long-term users.”
The letter decries the way the precautionary principle has been ignored so far in the deployment of these technologies.
The precautionary principle is a recognised strategy for approaching issues of potential harm when extensive scientific knowledge is lacking. It calls for caution and review before leaping into new innovations that may prove dangerous. Critics argue that it is unscientific and an obstacle to progress.
“When serious and possibly irreversible risks have been identified, the lack of certainty should not be used as a pretext to postpone measures to protect the environment and health.”
The group behind the letter concludes by calling on the government to apply the precautionary principle in order to protect the population, especially children, pregnant women and the elderly; introduce a moratorium on the deployment of 5G pending health impact studies; to raise awareness among citizens, in particular parents, adolescents and pregnant women, about the responsible use of wireless connected objects; to establish truly protective exposure standards; and to create a vigilance centre or a symptom inventory organisation relating to this type of exposure.
“Recent events make the situation even more worrying, but let us agree together that they can also be the occasion for new awakenings and advances in the field of prevention, which must today, more than ever, be the object of all our attention.”

Sen. Uche Ekwunife…said there were further concerns by some scientists and medical experts that emission from 5G towers could adversely affect the health of citizens by causing symptoms like damage to the eyes and immune systems, among other adverse effects.
Fortunately, some writers and some news outlets are offering more balanced reporting.
As noted by Microwave News, “Published today, a detailed article on 5G health risks in The New Republic by Christopher Ketcham: Is 5G Going to Kill Us All? A new generation of superfast wireless internet is coming soon. But no one can say for sure if it’s safe. A decade ago, Ketcham also wrote: “Warning: Your Cell Phone May Be Hazardous to Your Health.”

Included: A 2018 study carried out on animals, showed that electromagnetic radiation emitted by wifi networks can lead to hyperglycaemia, increased oxidative stress and impaired insulin secretion in rat pancreatic islets. A method of creating diabetes (which can lead to kidney deficiency in the long term) in laboratory rats is to expose them, even briefly, to 2.4 GHz
Humans are reporting the very same kind of metabolic stress that they and their health care providers have associated with RF exposure.  RF exposure may be linked to diabetes, associated with excess weight, and excess weight has been associated with covid deaths. Are we willing to look at the implications?
It’s time for the media to name names, provide references, offer hyperlinks, and justify their accusations about the fires.
It’s also time for the public and non-industry independent scientists and researchers to have a look at the science and the non-science.
It’s time for the public to exercise great care in its assumptions about RF safety.
Environmental Stressors Lower the Immunity of the Species. There Can Be More Than One
The covid epidemic is a warning that immunity is in fact, under assault  There are other warnings: fertility challenges, lowered testosterone, thyroid issues, 50% of children with a chronic health condition, increasing neurological death rates, rising neuropsychiatric issues, the societal implications of autism to Alzhiemer’s across age groups. We are not in our right minds.
Maybe the destructive fires in the nerves, brains, hearts, hearing, and cells of those reporting harm due to RF exposure are not conspiracies.. Because no matter how derogatory the press is towards those raising concerns, it cannot hide the fact that in terms of premarket safety testing to evaluate potential risks for 5G and other wireless applications, the cupboards are bare.
Some scientists and researchers have been sounding the alarm for quite some time.
Their desire to protect human health and the environment negates their support of arson.
Hopefully the day will soon arrive where ridicule of health vulnerability of this sort is as distasteful as the racism that underlies the madness of the Charles Stuarts of the world. If we are at all serious about protecting health vulnerable populations, as the narrative about the covid pandemic implies, it is time to take a very serious look at how we as a society have treated the population reporting harm due to radio frequency exposures. Many good people have been working very hard for a very long time to help humanity step back from the edge of a very steep cliff.
Connectivity is a great comfort during the days of covid. Our discernment about whether or not it should be wireless everywhere, all the time, will determine the future of our resiliency in the face of the next epidemic, and most likely, our food supply. What a wonderful world it could be, if we hard-wired.
