EPA Asks For Your Comments About Presidential Executive Order 13777
Are readers aware the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency is asking for and taking comments from the general public until May 15, 2017 regarding the recent Presidential Executive Order issued by President Trump, which would have a negative impact upon regulations affecting protecting our environment?
The Presidential Executive Order is No.13777, “Enforcing the Regulatory Reform Agenda.”
The EPA is seeking input on regulations that may be appropriate for repeal, replacement, or modification.
What do you think about repealing, replacing or modifying EPA’s current enforcement powers—the little they have and use—regarding environmental issues?
You have a chance to tell the EPA what you think by submitting your comment at https://www.regulations.gov/docket?D=EPA-HQ-OA-2017-0190 regarding Document ID: EPA-HQ-OA-2017-0190-0042 by May 15, 2017. As of my writing this article (May 9th), 48,573 comments have been received. Can we go for a million or more?
After you file your comment, you will receive a “Comment Tracking Number” via the email address you give the EPA. My tracking number is 1k1-8wae-bvwg for my comment, which is below:
Catherine J Frompovich Comment to EPA May 9, 2017
Thank you for asking for consumers’ comments.
EPA regulations need to remain intact and rigorously reinforced, rather than diminished or ‘killed’ via any presidential executive order.
Furthermore, EPA must regulate more stringently ALL chemicals introduced into the biosphere.
EPA must investigate chemicals used in weather geoengineering aka chemtrails, which pollute air, land, water and food crops, plus stop the use of chemtrail neurotoxins such as aluminum, barium and strontium being sprayed and rained down upon unsuspecting U.S. consumers and taxpayers, which is in violation of the Nuremberg Code.Currently, EPA is considered a ‘paper tiger’; it must get more reactive and corrective in enforcement regulations.
EPA must not contribute to ecological disasters such as it did with the Animas River disaster of 2015 in Colorado!
EPA must reinforce regulations to secure Native American tribal lands from pollution, plus challenge corporate interest intrusions that create toxic exposures.
EPA must act like it is protecting the environment, not contributing to environmental problems.
