Does America Have a Glaring Biological Warfare Vulnerability?

The threat is biological warfare against the US and EXACTLY that issue has appeared in recent media reports. By that, I mean that the US has a delivery system for biological weapons against itself. In other words, the capability to commit a massive biological false flag attack. For some background, take a look at the article by Janet Phelan entitled “NGO Provides Details To The United Nations On The Offensive Biological Weapons Program.”

There are a number of issues that need to be looked at when talking about potential biological false flags in the context of the delivery system discussed in Phelan’s article.

Many issues were highlighted in Phelan’s presentation including 1) changes in the US’s bioweapons legislation, giving the US government immunity from violating its own BW laws, 2) failure to report said changes to the BWC and deliberate attempts to mislead the treaty organization concerning the nature of the changes, 3) the documented existence of biological weapons stockpiles on military bases and—compellingly– 4) the existence of a domestic delivery system.

Now, with that in mind, look at what Phelan writes,

As this blueprint reveals, the water system picture here is vulnerable to insertion of unknown substances via the second line.”

So, in the interest of exposing this immense threat and protecting
people, it is not as important to worry about who is involved so much as worrying about just getting the information out and letting others see it so that mass awareness is reached in order to prevent such an event from ever taking place. The article, “Part One: Bush and 9/11 Using Explosives, Part Two: Rockefellers And A Coup, Using Bioweapons,” gives some history and background on the issue and asks why FEMA and DHS have gone down into subways over the last two years. To do what? Why?

Phelan’s article above shows arrangements to poison water systems.

People have to know. Loyal military, police, paramedics, medical people, all have to know. This has to be exposed as soon as possible.

It appears the parties that may be interested in launching such a false flag have planned to wipe out agriculture as well, which was their first step in destroying Iraq. And they’ve very clearly set up for this way in advance.
