How’s Your Water?
Investigative report by Charlie Parker
Buried in the Safe Drinking Water Act: CFR 40 Part 141-149, are the regulations for the range of pH levels of drinking water. These standards are set by, among others, our friends the EPA. The Base measurement for drinking water is a pH of 7.0. Optimal human pH is 7.35 to 7.45.
To the average Joe on the street this means nothing. That is until cancer, heart disease, diabetes, etc. set in. The knee jerk response from Joe when he is informed of his problem is to get a bottled pill fix. This in turn, actually causes more serious, and now very well known, advertised on TV “side effects”.
Which, more often than not, result in a shortened life span and death. Any drop in pH, no matter how slight, is the beginning of a disease state and affects when and how we age. The question then is, if slightly acidic water pH is harmful to humans then why is it permitted?

We are reminded almost daily to drink enough water. For those who buy bottled water your money might be well-spent elsewhere. I have personally tested water from around the mountain and I have also tested several bottled waters. Almost all failed the basic pH test of 7.0. Some bottled waters tested in the mid 6 range or lower.
So why does proper alkaline pH water matter to you? It is one more tool to prevent and cure virtually all viral infections. That’s a pretty bold statement but I have spent the last few years digging for answers to problems including some of my own. At the end of this article I will show you how to adjust and monitor your pH.
MD’s around the world are beginning to understand the effects of acidic human pH levels.
Michael Lam, M.D., M.P.H., A.B.A.A.M. wrote an extensive article listing the effects of excess acidity on the human body: weight gain, diabetes, accelerated free-radical damage and premature aging, disruption of lipid and fatty acid metabolism, corrosion of arteries, veins, and heart tissues, alteration of the energy metabolism and reserve, slowing of the delivery of oxygen into the cell, decreased ability of the body to absorb minerals and other nutrients, decreased energy production in the cells, decreased ability to repair damaged cells, decreased ability to detoxify heavy metals, and enables tumor cells to thrive.”
In Italy Dr. Tullio Simoncini has been curing cancer for years. He says this: “The pH scale goes from 0 to 14, with 7 being neutral. Below 7 is acidic and above 7 is alkaline. The blood, lymph and cerebral spinal fluid in the human body are designed to be slightly alkaline at a pH of 7.4. At a pH slightly above 7.4 cancer cells become dormant and at pH 8.5 cancer cells will die while healthy cells will live.

“This has given rise to a variety of treatments based on increasing the alkalinity of the tissues. Some of these include a vegetarian diet, the drinking of fresh fruit and vegetable juices, and dietary supplementation with alkaline minerals such as calcium, potassium, magnesium, cesium and rubidium. But nothing can compare to the instant alkalinizing power of sodium bicarbonate for safe and effective treatment of cancer.”
What? Baking soda? Yep, and I know people on this mountain who have done it. You can too, read on.
At the U of A in Tucson, Dr. Marty Pagel was awarded a $2 million NIH grant to study the impact of baking soda on breast cancer.
In Brazil Dr. Sircus in his article “Viral Infections are pH Sensitive” states this: “Blasting Ebola with waves of alkalinity will work because many if not most viruses require a mildly acidic environment to infect the cell.”
Why are we not being informed of this? The answer is simple; follow the money. Many of us make an honest attempt to stay healthy. We eat right, take our vitamins and keep moving. Yet the general population in the U.S. is intentionally deprived of critical life saving knowledge.
So here’s the little secret. Go to the local health food store or pharmacy. There you will find a pH test kit, or buy one online. Follow instructions and check your pH. More than likely you are acidic, most people are. The fix is so simple it is silly. Pour two glasses of water from what ever you use for drinking water. In one glass put a pinch or two of baking soda. Let it set for a minute or two to stabilize. Now take two pH test strips and check each glass.
The darker one at 7.5 to 8.0 is what you might want to be drinking from now on. I have done this demo with many people. The comment is always “I had no idea”, now you do. Some who are doing this have felt better within a couple of weeks. It may take some time to raise your own pH. It took me almost three months to get mine up. Give your body time to adjust; everyone is different.
Another little known fact is that baking soda removes nuclear radiation from the body. It is an old Navy trick from years ago. Not a bad idea since Fukishima is still raining radiation on us.
This is not a silver bullet. It is one more vital tool in your personal program and it is one of the most important ones. Lastly, if you have medical conditions be sure to check with your doctor to prevent any conflicts.
