It is with a heavy heart that I bring you the story of an Osteopath, Steven Peligian, who was killed this week in Rhode Island. Witnesses say there was a second vehicle involved which authorities are still seeking.

My heart goes out to the family and loved ones of Dr. Peligian. My better half is an Osteopath as well and it’s tragic to see stories like this.

The driver who died following a rollover crash on Interstate 95 in Warwick Sunday night was a local doctor (Osteopath) from North Kingstown.
Rhode Island State Police said Steven A. Peligian, 58, was not wearing his seatbelt when his 1996 GMC Yukon SUV rolled over around 7:15 p.m. Sunday in the southbound lane near Exit 10.
 Emergency crews rushed Peligian to Rhode Island Hospital where, according to police, he was later pronounced dead. A passenger in the vehicle, Peligian’s girlfriend, was wearing a seatbelt, according to police. She was treated for non-life threatening injuries.
