Attorney Walter Kyle’s Reaction to Suing the Feds and Big Pharma
Walter Kyle, one of the attorneys I network with regarding vaccine issues who has sued both Big Pharma and the United States over constitutional issues related to polio vaccines (see Loge v United States) emailed this response to my article “Attorney Suggests Suing U.S. Federal Government and Big Pharma Regarding Vaccinations”, which is:
After getting away with starting epidemic AIDS, the FDA and Big Pharma have a ‘Free Ride’ with the help of Hillary’s close friend…read Kyle’s article ‘Simian retroviruses polio vaccine and the Origin of AIDS’, The Lancet, 339:600-01 (7-Mar-1992).
The first step to such a lawsuit requires the Vaccine Compensation Act be declared unconstitutional or jurisdictional hurdles cannot be surmounted against the culprits.
The obvious basis for its unconstitutionality recently (with the advent of clinical proof of vaccine reactions) arose under the doctrine requiring ‘procedural due process’, for reason that, now the FDA blocks access to clinical tests capable of proving vaccine reactions, dictates the reactions compensated as ‘On-Table’ for fast tracked vaccines, and appoints the ‘judges’ (Special Masters) under an Act, which prohibits lawsuits against Big Pharma in State and Federal Courts and thus denies the injured (and any parents’ claim for loss of consortium) access to real courts of general jurisdiction.
To which Catherine would add, “What a legal racket we allow them to get away with!”
