Rochester, Minnesota’s Ill-conceived Decision to Ban “Under-vaccinated” Children From its Public Schools

This Duty to Warn column consists of several sections in response to the Rochester Public School Board’s recent decision to require all of its pupils to be fully vaccinated per the CDC-mandated schedule.
Presumably, Rochester’s famous Mayo Clinic, especially its pediatrics department, was consulted before the program was begun. Presumably also, the Mayo Clinic (like most large clinics and medical schools that have close professional and financial relationships with the CDC, the FDA, the AMA, the AAP and assorted Big Pharma multinational corporations), recommends fully vaccinating all children without acknowledging – or perhaps even being aware of – the large amount of recent neuroscience-based evidence from scientists world-wide that should be modifying the out-dated CDC mandates.
The vitally important new information that casts doubt on the old notion of universal vaccine safety and efficacy has come out of non-Big Pharma funded research done by any number of basic neuroscientists around the world. These essentially black-listed neuroscientists (kept from being published in most popular medical journals) have proved that the neurotoxic aluminum (that is in all aluminum-adjuvanted vaccines) and the highly neurotoxic mercury (which is 20 times more toxic than lead), both of which were in most vaccines during the early phases of the autism spectrum disorder epidemic, are significant factors underlying the dramatic increases in autism spectrum disorders and autoimmune disorders among America’s fully vaccinated children. Big Pharma and the CDC have very profitably generated and then propagated the myth that their over-priced and very poorly researched vaccines are both effective and safe. The safety and efficacy of all vaccines has been disproven (including the 270 new ones that the industry is currently developing and planning to market), but the word has not broken through to the large clinics like the Mayo Clinic. When mythical claims (about anything) are repeated over and over again, most people come to believe that the lies represent truth. Most mainstream media health journalists haven’t gotten the new information either so the public has come to believe that following the recommendations of the co-opted and behind the times CDC – and the Rochester School Board – is the thing to do. What else would one expect from a massive dis-information campaign?

Ms S….: I just read your piece about the forced vaccinations of Rochester’s public school students that the school board is instituting, probably at the urging of the Mayo Clinic pediatrics department, which – as is the case with most large clinics – are dogmatically following the co-opted CDC which, by the way, has been fully co-opted by Big Pharma and its highly lucrative “vaccines for everything” agenda.
Out of respect for the time-honored principles of investigative journalism (that of fully examining and fully reporting on – without bias – all sides of issues), I implore you to fully examine and then fully report on what unbiased basic neuroscientists know about the serious dangers the corporate vaccine industry has inflicted on our vulnerable, over-vaccinated children.
The large increases in autoimmune and inflammatory disorders [read about the ASIA Syndrome] – as well as the epidemic of autism spectrum disorders – are occurring in our fully vaccinated population of children, adolescents and young adults. Those realities have become epidemic since the massive increases of infant and childhood vaccines that contain or have contained mercury, aluminum and live viruses over the past 3 decades.
Your Feb 23 piece contains dis-information from the corporate-owned vaccine industry that has been repeated over and over many times ever since British gastroenterologist Dr Andrew Wakefield was demonized, smeared and forced to leave England. His professional demise was orchestrated by the multinational corporate vaccine maker GlaxoSmithKline with the help of the multinational media king, the yellow journalist Rupert Murdoch and his media group (Murdoch’s son was on the board of GSK).
The scape-goating of Andrew Wakefield began after his 11 co-authors proved that 12 severely-affected autistic children (all of whom were perfectly normal prior to receiving GSK’s MMR shot) rapidly decompensated into severe autism, chronic diarrhea and severe abdominal pain. Wakefield and his team discovered measles virus infections in the bowels of those kids and the viral strain was tested and found to be identical to the strain of the measles virus that was in GSK’s vaccine.
Dr Wakefield and his co-authors, because of their duty to follow the scientific evidence no matter where it led or whose toes were stepped on, felt obligated to report the findings, and so the findings were published in the peer-reviewed British medical journal The Lancet.
Of course, for GSK, this truth-telling was intolerable, partly because of the spectre of malpractice lawsuits against GSK, partly because of the financial implications for the vaccine industry globally and partly because of the loss of reputation and future profits).
For a powerful synopsis of GlaxoSmithKline’s role in the Wakefield smear, as well as the role of Brian Deer, the Rupert Murdoch-hired gun mercenary “journalist” that pushed the campaign designed to protect GSK’s MMR vaccine, read the following article in its entirety. The corporate-controlled media bows to the overt or implied demands of its Big Pharma advertisers to not publish or report on anything that threatens their corporate profits or reputations. Therefore the media has censored itself in the vaccine and prescription drug issues. Such a debate would hurt Big Pharma’s vaccine and drug profits if the truth was ever allowed proper coverage.
I know that you would probably have trouble getting the green light from your producers, editors or publishers to honestly report on the alternative, documented information (see the many reports in the large amounts of material about Big Pharma’s agendas that have been archived in the Duty to Warn archives here.
I continue my critique of the information in the Star-Tribune article is below. My comments are in red.
Thank you for your attention to this important issue. Ignoring the connections to the vaccine-induced autism and autoimmune epidemics that are sickening our vulnerable children and our society’s future generations. The widespread censorship and dis-information that has been orchestrated by corporate interests needs to be condemned and exposed, because every additional batch of toxic inoculations of aluminum or mercury is cumulative, thus making mildly or moderately sickened children even sicker. In my considered opinion, to not recognize that reality is a crime against humanity.

Rochester to Remove 180+ Students Over Failure to Follow Vaccination Law

School officials said they have worked “diligently” since January to inform families that students must be vaccinated to attend school or provide documentation for an exemption.
Rochester school board officials unanimously voted Tuesday to remove students from school March 1 if they don’t submit the necessary vaccination documents.
More than 180 public school students in Rochester will be removed from school March 1 if they are not vaccinated or officially exempted from the state law that requires them to be immunized. [Sounds like police state tactics to me – remember that everything that the Gestapo did in Nazi Germany was legal ie, legalized by the unelected Nazi-filled Reichstag after all the fair-minded liberals and social democrats had been liquidated.]
School officials said this week that they have worked “diligently” since January to inform families that students must be vaccinated to attend school or provide documentation for an exemption.
“We sent multiple letters, worked with our bilinguals if necessary, and each school made additional efforts to connect with the families impacted to assist them with submitting the proper documentation,” school officials said in an e-mailed response to questions.
As a “last resort,” school board officials unanimously voted Tuesday to remove the affected students from school March 1 if they don’t submit the necessary vaccination documents. They will be allowed to return to school once they do. [The school board is as dis-informed as most health journalists are on this issue. They and most journalists of any area of expertise have heard the propaganda lies about the Andrew Wakefield smear so many times that they now believe it to be true.]
School officials said the law doesn’t provide clear guidance on how districts should enforce the law mandating vaccinations. A state attorney general’s opinion says students “must be afforded some level of due process” before being excluded from school for not complying with vaccination requirements. [Is anybody actually listening to the parents (?) – especially the parents of severely affected autistic kids who know without a shadow of a doubt that their previously normal child was sickened by the batches of mercury and aluminum adjuvant-containing vaccines (of up to 8 different antigens) that they received in infancy at 2, 4 and 6 months of age? Some of Rochester’s parents who now have incurably autistic or vaccine-induced autoimmune-afflicted kids know what the truly unbiased scientists know about the dangers and lack of efficacy of vaccines.]
“The procedure utilized by the district in this situation was an attempt to strike a balance between enforcing the requirements of the statute and being mindful of the fact that the right to an education is a fundamental right in Minnesota,” school officials said in an e-mail in response to questions. “Preventing a student from enrolling in school is a serious issue. The district wanted to make sure it gave families ample opportunity to bring themselves into compliance before it prevented any students from attending school.”
When school board members met this week, they had a tally of 204 students who had fallen short of the requirements. By Thursday, the number of students at risk of being turned out of school March 1 had dropped to 183 when the others showed proof of vaccination.
Superintendent Michael Muñoz said it was the first time in his six-year tenure that he has had to ask the board to take such action.
A district spokeswoman said officials can’t speculate why these students, who are spread throughout the district and age groups, have failed to meet the requirements six months into the school year. [Rochester’s school officials haven’t been listening nor have they been looking for what they don’t want to find; and they have swallowed the blue pill that was repeatedly offered to them by the co-opted authorities at the mayo clinic and their CDC-trusting and very co-opted pediatrician group that receives many millions of dollars of “unrestricted grants” of honoraria from Big Pharma (and Big Vaccine) money every year (and that reality applies to the Mayo Clinic’s psychiatric department as well)]
Nationwide, there has been anti-vaccine sentiment in some families who believe the vaccines aren’t safe. But it’s unclear whether such beliefs, which scientists widely refute, are a factor in Rochester.[The people in whose interest it is to not rock the boat have been listening to the majority of corporate “scientists” who have serious financial and/or professional conflicts of interest to not allow any doubt to rise to the level of consciousness among the brain-washable public that has been indoctrinated to believe whatever Big Pharma’s mercenary scientists say.]
Ben Christianson, an epidemiologist with the Minnesota Department of Health, said it would be difficult to determine why the Rochester students haven’t yet met the vaccination requirements this year. [Tragically, Dr Christianson is probably one of the many “authorities” who knows nothing about the dangers and inefficacy of vaccines – and doesn’t want to know. Specifically, he probably doesn’t know anything about the reality of vaccine-induced macrophagic myofasciitis [MMF] or the vaccine-induced ASIA syndrome, the basis of the vaccine-induced autoimmune epidemic that Mayo’s pediatricians and immunologists are profiting from and that some of the parents of the unvaccinated children in Rochester may know about and don’t want to risk having their children get.]
It could be they just haven’t gotten into a provider’s office to get the vaccine, Christianson said. And in some cases, students might be immunized but the paperwork hasn’t been submitted, he added.
How the law works
Rochester, the seventh-largest school district in Minnesota, has more than 17,600 students. School officials said they are working with Olmsted Public Health, the Mayo Clinic and the Olmsted Medical Clinic to provide easier access to immunizations before school starts in fall 2017.
In general, students entering kindergarten must be vaccinated against diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis, polio, measles, mumps, rubella, hepatitis B and chickenpox. In seventh grade, students receive the meningococcal vaccine and a booster for the diphtheria, tetanus and pertussis vaccine.
Students can be exempted if there is a medical reason or if the parent or guardian provides a notarized statement saying it’s a violation of their “conscientiously held beliefs.” Minnesota is one of 18 states that allow exemptions for philosophical or personal beliefs.
California allowed such exemptions until a measles outbreak in 2014 infected 145 people across the United States and dozens in Canada and Mexico. It then enacted one of the nation’s toughest vaccination laws, eliminating exemptions for religious and personal beliefs, according to national reports. [There is legislation proposed in St Paul that threatens to do the same thing in Minnesota that California has done.]
In Minnesota, the overwhelming majority of students are vaccinated, state officials say. [And Minnesota also has 
the largest incidence of ASD-afflicted kids as well – and Minnesota probably has one of the largest numbers of autoimmune disorders among the fully vaccinated childhood and young adult population. One should be wondering why.] During the 2015-16 school year, vaccination rates were 90 percent or higher for each of the five vaccines required for kindergarten students. For 2020, state health officials have set a goal of vaccinating 95 percent of students enrolled in kindergarten. High vaccination levels are crucial to protect the broader population from vaccine-preventable diseases, state officials said. [Actually the herd immunity theory has not been proven. It is only a plausible theory.]
Medical exemptions are rare, Christianson said. And of the 70,000 kindergartners in the state last year, the number of exemptions for conscientious reasons ranged from 2 to 3 percent for each of the five required vaccines, he said. [Medical exemptions are only reluctantly given by pro-vaccine physicians who have been indoctrinated by the CDC, who are ignorant of or blind to the science that grounds the vaccine skeptic community – which has been silenced and falsely labeled as conspiracy theorists. In addition, when an inoculated baby has a seizure, excessive somnolence, a fever, a stiff neck, a near-SIDS episode, or the sudden loss of developmental milestones, pediatricians blow those realities off as coincidental and then continue with the immunization schedule or fire the “disobedient” parents from their clinics! I’m sure the mayo clinic is thriving with the influx of vaccine-caused autoimmune and ASD disorders.]
“We’ve seen a slight increase in the nonmedical exemptions — the conscientious exemptions — over the last five years,” Christianson said. “But it’s only a couple tenths of a percent. So not a huge increase.” [A sign that the propaganda coming out of Big Pharma has been successful is the fact that the mainstream media has been participating in the unjust smearing of Dr Wakefield. However, the media, which has not don’t its proper investigative journalism, may at some time in the future be accused of being an accessory to a crime for going along with the “safe and effective vaccine” subterfuge!]
Diane Peterson, associate director for the national Immunization Action Coalition, said parents normally have 30 days to get immunization documentation at the start of the school year. “So the fact that it’s now February … it’s surprising,” Peterson said. [If you look hard enough, you will probably find that Peterson’s IAC is AAP or CDC or Big Pharma funded, and thus is just a front group and a lobbying group for promoting vaccines.]
Exemption ‘pockets’
Although Minnesota isn’t experiencing a large increase in vaccine exemptions, there are always pockets with larger numbers of them, she said.
“In Minneapolis, there are those in the Somali population who aren’t getting their measles shots because they feel there’s some connection with autism. That’s been disproved, but there are still people who are out there believing that and trying to convince them it’s the truth,” Peterson said. [The Somali community knows more than Peterson does. Her job demands that she remains close-minded on the issue. The connection between autism and MMR’s live virus vaccine and/or the mercury and aluminum-containing vaccines has certainly not been disproved, as much as Peterson’s front group wants to perpetuate the myths.
GSK and every other multinational Big Pharma corporation, whose very existence and future economic prosperity depended on the thorough smearing of Dr Wakefield’s well-designed study (which threatened to expose the serious dangers of the unregulated vaccine industry). Their nefarious efforts have been very profitable for their industries. One of the fruits of their labor is now playing out in Rochester, California, in the Minnesota legislature and in the sad and bankrupted homes of the millions of vaccine-injured children.)]
According to statistics, the counties with the highest rates of kindergartners with nonmedical exemptions are all in rural areas. In Wadena and Hubbard counties, more than 8 percent of kindergartners have a nonmedical exemption for all vaccines.
