The non-trademarked name for store-bought “fruit roll ups” is fruit leather. Store-bought fruit snacks contain artificial dyes, GMO corn syrup, GMO hydrogenated oils, natural flavors (MSG?), monoglycerides and GMO dextrose (aka corn sugar). Not exactly a fun way to enjoy fruit.

It’s this easy: fruit, honey (we prefer this raw one), baking sheet and parchment paper – that’s it! Blend, spread on the parchment, and leave in the pre-heated oven at 225 degrees for three hours until it is no longer sticky to the touch. Cut, roll, unroll and enjoy!
